A deposit of 20% of property rental is due on booking. Bookings made less that 6 weeks in advance of your holiday full payment is required. Where a property requires a 'Good housekeeping deposit' this is paid with the balance.
After Booking
When the internet details or booking form is received, we confirm your booking by sending our invoice for the balance of the rent, which is payable 6 weeks in advance of your holiday, reminders are not sent. If you are booking less than 6 weeks in advance of your holiday please pay the full cost of your holiday. Bookings made within 2 weeks of holiday: payment required by debit/credit card, bank transfer or cash. On receipt of your final payment, we will forward you the full address of the property, with owner/caretaker’s telephone numbers who are your first line of contact while at the property and information regarding directions, key details and arrival and departure procedure. No bookings are valid until confirmed by Milkbere.

An email reply will be automatically generated to confirm we have received your booking request.

There are three payment options: By debit or credit card (2.5% charge on credit cards). By cheque made payable to Milkbere Cottage Holidays Ltd. By bank transfer. (Phone office for details). You will be liable for any bank charges.
A completed and signed booking form is required for all bookings if not booked on the internet, sent with payment if applicable, by first class post. Bookings will be held for four working days.
Overseas Bookings
The full amount must be paid by bank transfer and you will be liable for all bank charges.
